Seriously I had the best castella in my life at shooken_castella !

Their castella is an absolute treat, offering a delightful combination of softness, moistness, and just the right amount of sweetness. The addition of sugar crystals at the bottom adds a playful and satisfying crunch to every bite🥹🥺🥺

Even though we couldn't make it to the café, we were fortunate enough to get a packet, and it was devoured so quickly that we had to get more the very next day, including some as gifts🎁

I highly recommend this place—it's a must-visit destination, and I can't wait to experience it firsthand when I return!
