Flavors of Ehime....the sea bream on five-color somen is actually a cold dish but so refreshing and tasty. Goshiki is one of the oldest local restaurants with more than 380 years of history. Might be getting a little touristy but not in comparison to the levels in major cities of course. Glad that the food’s still reliable •
